COURSE DESCRIPTION

 The Frankston Running Festival starts and finishes at Frankston Foreshore (in front of pier), heading northbound along Nepean Hwy. Please note only the northbound lane is closed for traffic for this event and for runners to use.

This is out and back course with runners making the way along the Nepean Hwy towards Seaford/Carrum and their respective distance turnaround points. Once runners are on their your way back and and at approximately 2km to the finish line runners will move off the Nepean Hwy and enter the Bay trail at the intersection of Gould St and Nepean Hwy and will follow the trail (along Kananook creek) all the way to the finish line. 15km Turnaround point will be just past Keast Park, Seaford

10km Turnaround point will be just before Station St Seaford
5km Turnaround point will be just past Gould St


15KM COURSE
The 15km  will start in front of Frankston Pier and is an out-and-back course. Runners will head north along the Nepean Hwy to the turnaround point is just past Keast Park - Seaford). You will then head back along the Nepean Hwy until you turn onto the Bay Trial (entrance near Long Island Tennis Club - Cnr Nepean Hwy/Gould St) all the way to the finishing chute located in front of the Frankston Pier.

































10KM COURSE​

The 10km Run will follow the same course as the 15km but the turnaround will be located at Chapman Lane jut before the Seaford Pier (cnr Station Rd and Nepean Hwy) 


































5KM COURSE​

The 5km will follow the same course as the 15km & 10km, the turn around point will be located approximately 200m past Long Island Tennis Club (cnr Nepean Hwy/Gould St)
































KIDS 1KM COURSE​

The Kids 1km Dash will START and FINISH in the finishing chute in front of the Frankston Pier and will be run on the Bay Trail only. All kids should gather near the finishing line at least 5min prior to start time.
